PURPOSE: An oxygen supply device for a scrubber and the scrubber for waste gas treatment using the same are provided to improve combustion efficiency of a perfluoro compound by distributing temperature to the whole region of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen supply device(15) for a scrubber includes a partition(31,33), an oxygen movement passage part(35), an oxygen transferring port(37), an oxygen injection part(39), and a waste gas and fuel inlet(41). The partition is arranged at a constant interval on the device. The partition includes a combustion space(34). The partition is formed to double structure. The oxygen movement passage part is formed between the partitions. The oxygen transferring port is installed at the partition. The oxygen injection part is installed at an inner wall among the partitions.
