PURPOSE: A fish capture apparatus for playing in the water is provided, which makes folding and carrying convenient and can prevent damage of the fish. CONSTITUTION: A fish capture apparatus for playing in the water comprises a round supporting stand(10); plural spokes(20) which are extended to the round supporting stand and rotated; a main mesh network(30) which is formed in the round supporting stand vertically at a certain length and prevents fish from running away; a secondary mesh network which is formed while forming an entrance in the vertical bottom inner side of the main mesh network and catches the fish inside the main mesh network; and a fishing net-sinker(60) which maintains the main mesh network in the original shape.
