<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a widely available reception procedure system for a container terminal gate without causing a cost increase, by displaying an instruction to an incoming truck on an IC tag carried by a driver in order to smooth the reception procedure in carrying in and out containers at a container terminal. <P>SOLUTION: When a carrier or the like notifies information on a container 5 carried in and out a container terminal 1 (Fig. 3) from a designated terminal device 25 to a terminal management server 20, an IC tag 26 carried by a driver is notified of unique identification information at the same time. A truck 7 carries the IC tag 26 and the IC tag 26 is placed on the placement base of a gate reception device 22 at an entrance gate Gi. A gate terminal device 21 connected to the gate reception device 22 reads out the information on the container 5 corresponding to the identification information of the IC tag 26 from the terminal management server 20.
