<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit design support apparatus capable of effectively utilizing design conditions obtained in past packaging design. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The circuit design support apparatus includes: a packaging information storage means 2 for storing information indicating packaging states of a plurality of reference circuits respectively according to the reference circuits by setting a reference circuit whose end part only is an active element component as one unit; a target circuit extraction means 6 for extracting a target circuit having the same component configuration as the component configuration of the reference circuit about circuits designed in an unset state of design conditions; a packaging information extraction means 7 for extracting the packaging information of the reference circuit having the same component configuration as that of the extracted target circuit from the packaging information storage means 2; and a display control means 11 for displaying a result value becoming at least a design condition out of the packaging information extracted by the packaging information extraction means 7.
