PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide running shoes which are flexible and excellent in waterproofness, maintaining the wear resistance required as running shoes, while the multilayered structure of shoes material is simplified to achieve the lightweight of running shoes. SOLUTION: The running shoes includes an instep member 1, where a material (textile) 2 to which a polymer dot adhered, water-proof and steam permeable film 3 formed on the side opposing the surface to which the polymer dot of textile 2 is adhered, and outer cover part 4 bonded to the water-proof and steam permeable film 3 directly with adhesive agent are laminated by this sequence.
