PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system which switches between inside and outside air by collecting information on air pollutant using a probe car, and a probe car system which delivers useful information for vehicles equipped with navigation system having path search function. SOLUTION: The probe car system 100, which collects air pollutant information from a probe car V equipped with a detecting device V3 of air pollutant in the vicinity of it, includes an inside air circulating zone determining means C11 for which determines based on air pollutant information, that is, a location for vehicles driving in the specific area to switch from outside air in-taking mode to inside air circulating mode, a zone to maintain the inside air circulating mode, and a location to switch from inside air circulating mode to outside air in-taking mode. The system 100 also includes an air pollutant information distribution means C12 which distributes information on locations and zones determined by the inside air circulating zone determining means C11.
