PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration and cold storage warehouse for picking enabling a worker to determine whether an outer fan for introducing air into its interior from the outside is operating or stopped easily. SOLUTION: This refrigeration and cold storage warehouse for picking is provided with an outer duct for discharging air downward from an outer side upper fringe of an opening on a front face to generate air curtain on an outer side of the opening on the front face by operating the outer fan 491 arranged in its inside and a lighting system 72 provided on an outer side of the outer duct to illuminate the opening on the front face. When the lighting system 72 is turned off, the operation of the outer fan 491 is stopped, and when the lighting system 72 is turned on, the outer fan 491 is operated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
