<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head cover, capable of preventing possible oil leak to the exterior from the boundary between an outer shell part made of synthetic resin and a valve case made of metal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: With the outer shell part 11a of the cylinder head cover 11 made of synthetic resin, the cylindrical valve case 12 made of metal is molded. A valve body 16 is inserted into the valve case 12 from an opening part 12a at one end of the valve case 12. On the outer shell part 11a, a circular projection 15 is provided to project toward an end surface of the opening part 12a of the valve case 12.
