<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional foldable bicycle is bulky or many parts must be carried when the bicycle is folded, forming an obstacle and hardly conveyed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a cart type foldable bicycle, a handlebar lower frame 1 part and a saddle, and a frame 2 portion between the handlebars are folded, a center 7 of a front wheel and a center 8 of a rear wheel are connected to each other by a magnet or the like, and the bicycle can be easily carried as a cart when it is folded. Further, projections 3, 4 fixed by frames 5, 6 are attached to a rain cover so as to be upright when the bicycle is folded. Still further, when a vinyl sheet or the like is covered thereon, a gear part, a tire part or the like are not brought into contact with any person nearby during the movement.
