<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential interface device for preventing the occurrence of abnormality due to the change of resistance between a differential amplifier and a terminating resistance in the case of the occurrence of the change, a display control device using the same, and a display. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A differential interface device 16 which includes a differential amplifier 17 and a terminating resistance Rt and performs serial transfer of data includes: a resistance detection part which includes the terminating resistance Rt and detects the resistance of a closed circuit formed between the terminating resistance Rt and two input terminals of the differential amplifier 17; and a variable current source (adjustment part) 18 which changes the magnitude of a current flowing to the closed circuit by using the detection result of the resistance detection part to adjust an offset voltage generated between the two input terminals to a value within a prescribed range.
