The device (1) has a roller blind (4) comprising two guiding elements extending along longitudinal edges of the roller blind and wound up together with the roller blind on a winding shaft. A roller shutter (3) and the roller blind are guided into a common guide along the longitudinal edges, and are coupled with each other. Roller blind housing (3a) is arranged on a window, which is provided with a disk. A roller blind handle (4f) of the roller blind is coupled to an end plate (3c) of the roller shutter.
