The device (1) has a drive device (10) driving one or both upper and lower sawing and cutting blades (6a, 6b) in a direction by a connection part. A connection arrangement of the connection part includes a wide or stretched ring, which is fixedly connected with the driven blade (6a). Another connection arrangement of the connection part includes an eccentric connection piece, which act on the ring in reciprocating motions. A third connection arrangement of the connection part is driven by the drive device. The latter arrangement is detachably fastened at the third arrangement.
