PURPOSE: A packer assembly using a packer support of one body and method for constructing direct boring grouting apparatus are provided to simply and rapidly inject a grouting injection agent to the underground. CONSTITUTION: A packer assembly comprises a packer support (100). The packer support comprises an accelerating agent injection hole is perpendicularly formed at the center of upper cylindrical body. The cylindrical body has flanges at both ends of the upper and lower side. The plural injection holes of grout re-injection pipe are formed at outside of the accelerating agent injection hole. The accelerating agent is equipped at side of cylindrical body.
