<p>A mechanism, which includes a plurality of light sources and a plurality of recording heads, and a recording/reproducing device are reduced in thickness, while arranging the light sources and the recording heads with spaces in between and highly accurately arranging the light sources. First and second arm sections are arranged by sandwiching a first recording medium, and the first and the second arm sections are connected by a rotating shaft on one side of each arm section. The first slider section includes a recording head and is arranged to face one main surface of the first recording medium on the other end side of the first arm section. The second slider section includes a recording head and is arranged to face the other main surface of the first recording medium on the other end side of the second arm section. Furthermore, in a light source unit arranged at a position not in contact with the first recording medium, a light source, which outputs a luminous flux for irradiating the first slider section, and a light source, which outputs a luminous flux for irradiating the second slider section are integrally formed between the first arm section and the second arm section.</p> |
