PURPOSE: A corrosion inhibitor and a cement composition containing the same are provided to inhibit the corrosion of a reinforcing bar and to prevent the changes in the applicability and durability. CONSTITUTION: A cement composition comprises cement and corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibitor comprises calcium nitrite, gluconic-based compound, and water. The calcium nitrite is added to the cement in a ratio of 1.2-2.0 to 100 by weight. The gluconic-based compound is added to the cement in a ratio of 0.04-0.052 to 100 by weight.
