PURPOSE: A system of CCTV for providing HD image to transfer easily the image is provided to process an image by using an index of low definition image to find an image of high definition. CONSTITUTION: The system of CCTV for providing HD image includes a camera, an image processing part, and an image display part. A camera produces an HD image and outputs. The image processing part is connected to a camera, receives and stores the HD image and gives an index to each frame of the image. The image display part receives the image of low definition and indicates it by connecting to the image processing part. The image processing part includes an internet protocol address.
