<p>PURPOSE: A cable managing apparatus and an electronic apparatus which composes a rack mount apparatus assembled in the rack are provided to prevent the twisted round of the cable while maintaining the convenience. CONSTITUTION: A cable managing apparatus includes a first hinge member(46), a combining member, a second hinge member, and a middle coupling member. The first hinge member turns to a first hinge axis(45). A combining member(51) is fixed and separable in the first hinge member. The second hinge axis which is parallel to the first hinge axis is arranged in the location separated from the first hinge axis. The second hinge member is connected in order to rotate around the third hinge axis.</p> |
