TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER FOR HEATING PAD AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A heating pad temperature controller and a method thereof are provided to prevent overheating of the heating pad by checking and comparing the actual pad temperature to a standard temperature. CONSTITUTION: A heating pad temperature controller comprises a main body(100), a power input unit, a main control unit and a memory unit. The main body controls the temperature by connecting heating pads(30,40) with a temperature sensor per channels. The outside drive power is input in the power input unit installed in the inner part of the main body. The main control unit has an alarm function, a data processing function and a temperature control function. The memory has a two typed-heating pad operating algorithm(131), a temperature excessive rising protecting algorithm(134), a look up table and a temperature profile.
