PURPOSE: A building apparatus and method are provided to reduce labor, cost, and time for construction, thereby achieving economic effect. CONSTITUTION: A building apparatus comprises a steel frame structure(100) with open bottom, a horizontal transfer part(200) installed on the top of the steel frame structure to transport materials in the horizontal direction to the steel frame structure, and a vertical transfer part(300) installed on the side of the steel frame structure to vertically transfer or fix the steel frame structure to a concrete structure. The vertical transfer part has a fixing unit(330) fixed to a building. |
