PURPOSE: A noise reducing and fuel saving apparatus of a portable hot water boiler is provided to reduce noise and fuel cost during the operation of the hot water boiler by discharging hot water in the auxiliary tank through the hot water discharge pipe with vapor pressure. CONSTITUTION: A connector(10) including a heating tank water pipe insertion hole and a steam discharge pipe insertion hole is perpendicularly attached to penetrate from the upper end of a heating tank(1) to the lower end of an auxiliary tank(2). The lower ends of a heating tank water pipe(12) and a steam discharge pipe(11) are forcibly fitted into the holes of the connector. The upper end of the steam discharge pipe is placed in a groove(17) formed on the upper end of the auxiliary tank in order not to submerge in the water. A spiral part formed on the upper end of the heating tank water pipe extends to the inside bottom of a sump tank(3). The lower part of a T-pipe(13) is screwed on the spiral part. A safety valve(18) is connected to the upper end of the T-pipe, and a heating tank water supply valve(16) is connected to the side of the T-pipe. An inlet port(24) is horizontally connected through the side of the water supply valve body. A steel ball(15), a pusher(21), and a float(20) are successively connected in a valve body(23). |
