<p>PURPOSE: A solid-state imaging device and manufacturing method thereof and, electronic apparatus and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent generation of color mixture in the small cell size. CONSTITUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes the gas, and the member(3) of the rod shape. The gas has the photo diode per the pixel(10B,10G,10R). The member of the rod shape is formed in the upside of the photo diode. The member of the rod shape is made of a light transparent material.
