PURPOSE: A liquid cathode inhibiting formation and growth of uranium dendrite and a method of collecting actinide elements by using the same are provided to prevent working efficiency lowering or stop of the liquid cathode due to growth of uranium dendrite. CONSTITUTION: A liquid cathode inhibiting formation and growth of uranium dendrite includes a liquid metal bath(1), an uranium dendrite filter plate(2), a driving device and a liquid electrode lead line(4). The liquid metal bath includes a liquid electrode(5). The uranium dendrite filter plate is inside the liquid electrode. The driving device moves the uranium dendrite filter plate in up/down/left/right and rotation directions. The liquid electrode lead line is connected to the liquid electrode.
