<p>PURPOSE: A gene scanner is provided to enhance the optical efficiency and rapidly and massively amplify genes. CONSTITUTION: A gene scanner (100) comprises a well plate (110), heat block (120), cooling block (130), linear motor part (140), and optical system (150). The well plate contains gene sample. The heat block heats gene sample. The cooling block cools the gene sample. The linear motor part moves the well plate to X-axis direction. The optical system is placed on the heat/cooling block.</p> |
