PURPOSE: A video conference system for enhancing sound quality and an access method thereof are provided to transmit a video signal and a voice signal through a separate individual network transmission line when transmitting a voice signal and a video signal, thereby realizing voice communication with high quality. CONSTITUTION: A video conference system comprises the following units. One of n pairs of client personal computers(101,103) and network cameras(102,104) is defined in a user side. The remaining pairs are defined in a counterpart side.
