PURPOSE: A support heat radiating device having a detachable block is provided to prevent lowering of heat radiating efficiency due to heat conduction. CONSTITUTION: A support heat radiating device(1) having a detachable block includes a heat radiating plate(200) and a detachable block(300). In one side of the heat radiating plate, an electronic unit(100) is settled. The detachable block is adjacent to a lower surface(100a) of the electronic unit. The detachable block has a declined part(310). The declined part is inserted between one side of the heat discharging plate and a lower surface of the electronic unit to separate a lower end surface of the electronic unit during lowering separation of the electronic unit.
