PURPOSE: An electrolytic plating apparatus and a method thereof are provided to transfer metal wire in reel to reel method and maximize the unit length of plating. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic plating apparatus for manufacturing conductor wire comprises a plating baths (410a,410b,410c,410d), and reel to reel member (500). The plating bath contains plating liquid. The reel to reel member is dipped in an electrolytic plating liquid several times and make a metal wire multi-turn. The reel to reel member comprises a first reel member (510a) and second reel member (510b).
