PURPOSE: A hi-pass system integrated with a room mirror of a vehicle and an operating method thereof are provided to solve curiosity about a normal operation and a normal approval of a system by automatically approving a toll in a direct manual approval mode of user. CONSTITUTION: A hi-pass system integrated with a room mirror of a vehicle includes an antenna(10), a module part(20), an LCD part(30), and a speaker part(40). The antenna is mounted inside a vehicle. The antenna communicates with an antenna of a tollgate. The module part processes approval information through a signal received from the antenna. The LCD part is mounted in a front part of the room mirror of the vehicle. The LCD part displays character guide information through the information processed from the module part. The speaker part is mounted in a rear part of the room mirror of the vehicle. The speaker part outputs a voice guide through the information processed from the module part.
