<p>PURPOSE: A ceramic filter manufacturing method using a ceramic ball and the ceramic filter are provided to supply drinking water by adsorbing harmful materials included in the water through a plurality of pores formed between the ceramic ball and a ball. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic filter manufacturing method using a ceramic ball includes the following steps of: selecting a seed having a proper shape for molding a ball by spraying water on powder(S10); forming the ceramic ball of 0.3mm~0.5mm size by rotating a molding device(S20); selecting the ceramic ball of 0.3mm~0.5mm size by filtering the molded ceramic ball with a standard sieve(S30); plasticizing preliminarily the selected ceramic ball in 600°C~700°C(S40); molding the plasticized ceramic ball in a molding frame(S50); plasticizing the ceramic ball having a vibration plate in a sintering jig(S60); applying glaze on the surface of the ceramic ball formed on the molding frame(S70); pressing the ceramic ball(S80); and packing and checking the ceramic filter(S90).</p> |
