The invention refers to medicine, particularly dentistry and is meant for obtaining reinforced dental prosthesis. The process, according to the invention, consists in that it is obtained a model, there are marked the limits of its base, it is plastered the model in the articulator, it is manufactured a pattern of wax with occlusive rolls wherein there are installed the artificial teeth, it is modeled the wax model of the prosthesis, which together with the plaster model is placed into one of the flask parts, there are filled both flask parts with plaster and closed, afterwards they are thermally treated. Then there are removed the wax residues with hot water, it is isolated with nonconducting material both the upper and lower parts of the flask, it is prepared the acrylic mass, half of which is placed in the flask part where the artificial teeth and the clasps are placed. Then it is put over the glass fiber of 1.2 oz cloth, treated with a colorant, on which there are applied 2...3 ml of acrylic monomer, afterwards it is applied the second half of the acrylic mass, there are closed the upper and the lower parts of the flask, there are put under press, it is removed the surplus of the acrylic mass, it is fixed the flask into the Ring ring, it is subjected to thermal polymerization in water, then it is withdrawn from the Ring ring, it is withdrawn the prosthesis from the flask, it is released the prosthesis from plaster, it is grinded and polished.
