PURPOSE: A language learning method and a system thereof based on sound analysis on the internet for improving speaking learning effect are provided to maintain the learning volition of a learner and speak the sound of English. CONSTITUTION: A language studying method is as follows. A learner(110) connects a language learning service system through a learner computer(S1). The language training service system provides the learner page(S2). The learner selects a learning function on a learner page screen(S3). The study page in which it learns the language training service system fits to the transfer studying progress of the corresponding learner is provided. The language training service system evaluates it compares with the correct answer the examination paper is inputted a learner learns in the study page. The analyzed result is provided as a learner(S13).
