PURPOSE: A roller structure of the sliding door is the thing in which made with a metal is made with the reinforced plastics the manufacturing process is simplified after treatment process is removed, and the noise can be prevented the water surface is extended the frictional force is reduced the manufacture cost was reduced. CONSTITUTION: A roller structure of the sliding door includes the fixing member(100), and the roller(300), the fixing member includes the fixing unit(110), the recess(151), and the connecting part(150). The fixing unit is to fix a roller in a door, the fixing unit is equipped in "L" shape it is able to connect in one side of a door, the recess is formed the bolt header(331) inserts and fixes. The roller is fixed as to the connecting part, the roller includes(301) and the bearing(310). The recess smoothen the opening and closing of the door by fixing at a door by the fixing member; and the bearing is fixed the locking axis(330) is inserted and attached. |
