The circuit has a fluid supply (11) with an automatic closure valve that is mounted in a movable manner between open and closed positions. The valve permits passage and supply of the fluid in the open position. The valve contacts with a seat in a manner to close the passage and supply the fluid in the closed position. The valve is mounted against a spring that tends to an opening and exerts return force lesser than aspiration force exerted on the valve above a preset aspiration flow value. An independent claim is also included for a wagon provided with mechanical unit that is activated by a jack.
