CONTACTOR FOR ELECTRICAL TEST AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A contactor for an electrical test and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have flexibility about an irregular force by forming a reinforcing part by a metal material having a tough property higher than a contact part. CONSTITUTION: A contactor for an electrical test includes a contactor main body of a plane shape, a contact part(30), and a reinforcing part(40). The contactor main body has an installation part, an arm part, and a plinth part(28). The installation part is extended into a top and bottom direction. The arm part is extended into one side of a right direction and a left direction in a bottom end part of the installation part. The plinth part is protruded into a bottom side in an end part of the arm part. A bottom end of the contact part is contacted in an electrode of a semiconductor device. The reinforcing part is arranged around a boundary part of the contact part and the plinth part. The reinforcing part is made of a metal material different from the contactor main body.
