SPINNERET FOR LYOCELL FILAMENT FIBER AND A PREPARATION METHOD OF LYOCELL FILAMENT FIBER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A spinneret for lyocell filament fiber and a manufacturing method of the lyocell filament fiber using the same are provided to increase concentration of spinning dope, and to reduce discharge pressure in a spinning process by using a spinneret of which L/D is 1 or less. CONSTITUTION: An L/D of a spinneret(20) for lyocell filament fiber is 1 or less. A diameter of the spinneret is 0.05~0.1mm. The L / D is 0.5 ~ 1. The manufacturing method of the lyocell filament fiber includes a step for spinning yarn with the spinneret. The spinneret increases spinning speed by increasing concentration of the spinning dope and reducing discharge pressure in a spinning process.
