The element (1) has transversal collection tubes (3) that are respectively fixed at opposite longitudinal ends of a profiled flat tube (2) by adding metal so as to realize sealed closing of the ends and to be in fluidic communication with an internal volume of the flat tube. The flat tube has, in section, a flattened trapezoid shape. The flat tube includes a wall whose internal surface (4') is provided with parallel ribs (5) or grooves that are extended in a longitudinal direction of the flat tube. The flat tube has an extruded profiled segment made of aluminum or aluminum based alloy. An independent claim is also included for a solar panel comprising elements respectively formed by profiled flat tubes.
