The invention refers to medicine, particularly gynecology and oncology and can be used for treating the hydatid mole. Summary of the invention consists in that it is removed the uterus contents, it is established the morphological diagnosis, it is determined the concentration of the chorionic gonadotropin (Beta-HCG) in the blood and where at the morphological examination there are determined forms with invasive or excessive proliferation or choriocarcinoma and the Beta-HCG concentration is more than 20.000 mIU/ml, there are prescribed two courses of monochemotherapy, afterwards, where it is determined a decrease in the Beta-HCG concentration, it is repeated one more course of monochemotherapy, and where the Beta-HCG concentration after the first two courses of monochemotherapy remains increased, the patients are prescribed the polychemotherapy; where after carrying out three courses of monochemotherapy the Beta-HCG concentration is within the limits of norm, there are prescribed two prophylactic courses of monochemotherapy, afterwards it is prescribed the rehabilitation therapy, which consists in the prescription of a contraceptive hormonal therapy during 1 year and in the treatment of concomitant diseases; where the Beta-HCG concentration after the above-mentioned courses of monochemotherapy does not reach the normal limits, there are prescribed 3 courses of polychemotherapy, afterwards, where the Beta-HCG concentration reaches the normal limits, it is prescribed the rehabilitation therapy, and where it does not reach the norm it is continued the treatment with two courses of polychemotherapy, then, where the Beta-HCG concentration reaches the norm it is prescribed the rehabilitation therapy, and where the Beta-HCG indexes remain increased it is carried out the surgical intervention with radiotherapy in the postoperative period.
