Summary of the invention consists in that the biomass of Aronia melanocarpa (Michx) Elliot black chokeberries, obtained in vitro, is proposed for use as product with antimicrobial properties. The result of the invention consists in that the biomass of black chokeberries possesses a wider bactericidal and bacteriostatic spectrum as compared with black chokeberries.
