PURPOSE: A multi-frequency torsion vibration damper using ER(Electro-Rehological) fluid is provided to improve riding comfort by consecutively changing torsion vibration frequency according to RPM of a vehicle in traveling. CONSTITUTION: A multi-frequency torsion vibration damper using ER(Electro-Rehological) fluid is composed of a first vibration rubber(10), a first vibration ring(20), a second vibration rubber(30), a second vibration ring(40), and an electric current plate. The first vibration rubber surrounds a hub(3) of a torsion damper(100). The first vibration rubber ring surrounds the first vibration rubber by forming the space for housing ER fluid. The second vibration rubber surrounds the first vibration ring. The second vibration ring surrounds the second vibration rubber by forming the space for housing ER fluid, and is connected to the first vibration ring through a through-hole. The electric current plate is installed in the vibration rubber interposed between the vibration rings, and interrupts the flow of ER fluid through the through-hole by solidifying ER fluid if the electric current is applied to.
