PURPOSE: An outside door lock device with an operation lever is provided to improve safety of children when a fire is occurred. CONSTITUTION: An outside door lock device(A) with an operation lever includes an outside body(1), an operation lever(2), an operation shaft, a sensing part, and a driving motor. The outside body is installed outside a door. The vertical protrusion part(11) and a lever receiving groove are formed in the outside body. The operation lever is installed in the vertical protrusion part. When the operation lever is positioned on the vertical protrusion part, the operation lever is received in the lever receiving groove. The operation lever is installed in the lever receiving groove of the outside body. A bottom part of the operation lever is fixed to the outside body.
