PURPOSE: An outdoor automatic cover chair is provided, which enables to keep clean state by automatically covering a cover when a user stands up. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor automatic cover chair is constituted as follows. On the both ends of the outdoor automatic cover chair, a cylinder is formed. The seat back usually covers the chair by the power of the cylinder. When a user stands up, the seat back is gradually folded by the power of the cylinder and maintains clean state by covering the chair. When a user lifts the seat back, it is used as the seat back.
