<p>A high-temperature superconductive layered structure comprises a carrier material and a texturized buffer layer. The texturized buffer layer is made of oxidic material, which provides a textured growth for high-temperature superconductor (HTS). The layer of buffer material includes a rare earth metal-cerium oxide, where the rare earth metal is lanthanum. An independent claim is included for a method for producing high-temperature superconductive layered structure, which involves applying the texturized buffer layer on the carrier material.</p> |
