The present invention provides a technique for supervising a state of the battery cells corresponding to a high voltage and a large capacity of the battery as constituted to connect the battery cell in series and in parallel. The battery is constituted by forming a block 4 connecting a plurality of the battery cells 5 in series, forming the serial block 7 connecting at least one of the blocks in series, and connecting a plurality of the serial blocks in parallel. The block controller 1 is provided in each of the blocks to supervise a state of the battery cell inside the block. Each of the block controller, the serial controller 2 and a host controller 3 are communicably connected by linking together. The serial controller is designed to supervise the serial block and the host controller is designed to supervise the whole state of the battery by supervising a parallel constitution of the serial block according to the data obtained from the serial controller. |
