PURPOSE: A platform door apparatus including a front vertical frame and a rear vertical frame is provided to reduce the load applying in the manufacturing process of a door body. CONSTITUTION: A platform door apparatus comprises a cover(12) and a door body(14). The cover is installed in on the platform. The cover has a casing(32), and a frame(28) supported with the casing. The door body moves the cover back and forth. The door body includes a frame body(60). The frame body is comprised of a plurality of frame materials(58). The frame body screws of a plurality of frame materials. A plurality of frame materials is made of aluminum or the aluminum alloy.
