PURPOSE: A laser lighting device is provided to improve energy conversion efficiency by using a high brightness photonic quantum ring laser diode and/or an array of the high brightness photonic quantum ring laser diode. CONSTITUTION: A laser lighting device includes a printed circuit board(1), a plurality of high brightness photonic quantum ring laser diode and/or an array of the photonic quantum ring laser diode and a metal layer(5). The printed circuit board is made of plastic or ceramic materials. The photonic quantum ring laser diodes and the array of the photonic quantum ring laser diode are arranged on a main surface of the printed circuit board. The metal layer is provided to a side opposite to the photonic quantum ring laser diode of the printed circuit board and the array of the photonic quantum ring laser diode. A lighting cover(6) is mounted suitably on a heat sink.
