SINGLE CRYSTAL PCB MANUFACTURING METHOD AND THE SINGLE CRYSTAL PCB

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a single crystal printed circuit board and the single crystal printed circuit board are provided to offer a component and a device with high efficiency using a metal single crystal as an upper board of the printed circuit board after growing and processing the metal single crystal. CONSTITUTION: A single crystal(10) is grown using one of a group made of gold, copper, silver, aluminum, and nickel. The grown single crystal is cut into a planar piece(20). The planar piece is arranged in parallel. An outer appearance of an upper board(400) is processed by cutting a frame of the planar piece at the same time to correspond the outer appearance of the upper board of the printed circuit board. The processed upper board is attached to a lower board(300) of the printed circuit board. The upper board is etched to correspond to the circuit wiring.
