PURPOSE: A sun shade mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent the damage due to shock by directly insert-combining a guide to the sun shade. CONSTITUTION: A sun shade mounting structure of a vehicle is composed of a sun shade(10), a rail, a guide(11), and a moving unit(30). The sun shade is formed in a sunroof of a vehicle. The rail is formed in a head lining to move the sun shade. The guide is arranged in the sun shade to be spaced at the predetermined interval. The moving unit is formed in the guide, and is combined with the rail to move the sun shade.
