PURPOSE: A dental unit lighting device is provided, which improves convenience of use and safety by preventing collision of a patient and a lamp unit. CONSTITUTION: A dental unit lighting device includes an operation sensing camera, a fixed camera, a controller, and a joint drive motor. The operation sensing camera(101) is mounted in the lamp unit to film the buccal cavity location and state of the patient lying in the sheet. The fixed camera(102) maintains the fixed state to film the buccal cavity location and state of a patient. The controller determines position movement of the lamp unit by being supplied with the photographing signal of the operation sensing camera and fixed camera. The joint drive motor(103) is mounted in the joint part.
