PURPOSE: An installation member of a distant measuring sensor for vehicle and a mounting structure using the same are provided to handle a wire harness with ease whereby a wire harness supporting part is equipped into one body. CONSTITUTION: An installation member of a distant measuring sensor for vehicle includes a plate unit(131). The plate unit includes a positioning hole(131a) fitting to a projection formed on the inside surface of a vehicle bumper(110) and a through hole(131b) in which a module(120) equipped with a distant measuring sensor(121) on the front is fitted. The plate unit has joint projections(132) which are protruded opposite the side contacting the bumper and fit to joint holes formed on the module.
