PURPOSE: A cooking appliance is provided to maximize the heating efficiency of a heating body by heating a plate for delivering heat to a heated body and conducting the heat of the heating body on the plate. CONSTITUTION: A cooking appliance comprises a plate(20), a heating unit(10), a heating body(120), and a thermal conduction member(40). The heating unit is formed at the one side of the plate. The heating body is arranged to be apart from the plate. The thermal conduction member is contacted with the single-side of the plate. The heat of the heating body is conduct to the plate with the radiation and the thermal conduction member.
