<p>The flexible sheathing (7) for guiding lines of electrolysis current between electrodes, comprises openings, a hardened plastisol-proof plastic material, and a holding unit to retract or uninstall the sheathing from a galvanic support (1). The galvanic support comprises a conducting fastening unit (3) for objects to receive a metal deposition by electrolysis in an electrolysis vat. The galvanic support and the objects form a first electrode extended parallel to a second electrode. The flexible sheet is stretched by a tightener (8) that is parallel to the electrodes. The plastisol has anti-plating property. The tightener is a rigid frame on the periphery of the sheathing, a plastic mesh, and eyelet openings in the periphery of the sheathing intended to hold the galvanic support. The sheathing is either simple and made of a plastisol layer, or composite and made of canvas coated on both sides of plastisol, where the canvas is a woven, a non-woven or a plastic film. The sheathing is stretched by a peripheral rigid frame optionally installed for placing or uninstalling the galvanic support. The rigid frame is held on an engagement strap (4). During retraction, the sheathing is rolled or unrolled around an axis located at distance above the galvanic support. Independent claims are included for: (1) a galvanic support; and (2) a process for making a flexible sheathing.</p> |
